Stylus Sprint Recipients Unveiled

Arbitrum has concluded its Stylus Sprint program, selecting 17 standout projects to lead innovation using Stylus—a new framework that allows developers to write smart contracts in Rust, AssemblyScript, and C/C++. With 147 submissions requesting over 32 million ARB, the program showcased strong demand and creative potential across the ecosystem. The chosen projects span developer tooling, privacy infrastructure, oracle systems, and AI integration, reinforcing Arbitrum’s position as a leader in Ethereum Layer-2 innovation

Key Ideas

  1. Strategic Project Selection: 17 projects were funded for their technical excellence and alignment with Arbitrum’s goals, including Thirdweb’s Stylus integration and Fairblock’s sealed-bid privacy infrastructure.

  2. Ecosystem Growth and Support: Arbitrum encourages all applicants to continue building, offering alternative funding paths and community engagement opportunities to sustain momentum.

Why It Matters?

Developers have chances to build high-performance smart contracts using Stylus with familiar languages like Rust and AssemblyScript. They should explore Wakeup Labs’ compiler to bridge JavaScript tooling with Stylus and begin experimenting with WebAssembly-based dApps.
