Ethereum Protocol Fellowship Cohort 5 Recap

The Ethereum Foundation has wrapped up its fifth cohort of the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (EPF), a five-month immersive initiative focused on advancing core research and development within the Ethereum ecosystem. Preceded by a rigorous Protocol Study Group, the program onboarded 45 contributors—20 with stipends and 25 permissionless - who tackled 30 impactful projects ranging from EVM enhancements to advanced network simulations. The EPF continues to be a vital pipeline for onboarding deeply technical contributors into Ethereum’s core.
