AquaSave joins the peaqosystem

AquaSave is a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) focused on reducing water waste and empowering users to earn rewards through smart water usage. After winning the Climate Award at the Solana Renaissance Hackathon, AquaSave is migrating from Solana to peaq - a layer-1 blockchain designed for real-world applications. This move brings AquaSave’s patented AquaBank device onchain, enabling users to save on water and electricity bills while earning tokens for sharing water usage data.

Migration to peaq: AquaSave moves from Solana to peaq for better integration with real-world infrastructure. peaq will host AquaSave’s native token and reward mechanism.
AquaBank Device: Circulates heated water to reduce boiler workload and water consumption, saves users up to 24% on water and electricity bills as well as helps users earn tokens by sharing water usage data with the DePIN.
Global Expansion: 10 pilot devices already deployed and 240 AquaBanks to be installed in the Balearic Islands.
