The Ethereum Foundation’s Devcon SEA Scholars Program brought together 93 individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore Ethereum’s potential across law, art, community organizing, and technology. Selected from over 800 applicants, scholars participated in a multi-month journey culminating at Devcon SEA in Bangkok, where they shared their insights through creative “Learning Artifacts.” The program emphasized co-learning, mentorship, and interdisciplinary innovation, showcasing Ethereum’s relevance far beyond finance and code.
Ethereum’s Broad Applicability: Scholars demonstrated how Ethereum can be applied to legal systems, public services, digital art, and community governance.
Community-Driven Innovation: The program fostered a global network of thinkers and builders, encouraging exploration of Ethereum’s use in real-world contexts.
